4) Photos, Face Data & Biometrics
- No face recognition: We do not perform face recognition or biometric identification.
- No biometric templates: We do not create or store biometric identifiers (such as faceprints or voiceprints).
- Local-first by default: Content is intended to be stored locally on your device by default, unless you choose to upload, sync, or otherwise transmit content through the Service.
- One-time processing (where applicable): If you choose features that require uploading a photo for processing, we process it for the requested result and then delete the uploaded copy as described below.
- No training/marketing: Your photos, notes, and voice memos are not used to train models and are not used for marketing purposes.
5) Optional AI / Server Processing (User-Controlled)
Some features may offer optional AI-assisted or server-based processing (for example, generating an output based on an image or text you choose to upload).
- User control: You decide whether to upload any image or text and whether to generate any output.
- Processing location: The image/text you upload for this purpose is processed on our own servers under our control.
- No third-party sharing: We do not share the uploaded image/text or the generated output with any third party for this processing.
- Immediate deletion: After processing is completed, we delete the uploaded content from our processing environment as soon as reasonably possible.
7) International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
8) Security
- Encryption in transit and (where applicable) at rest
- Access controls and least-privilege practices

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9) Retention
- Account data: while your account is active.
- Account deletion: if you request deletion, we delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required or permitted by law.
